The data integration test-equipment is the key equipment for the cryogenic temperature measurement system of some rocket. It consists of test equipment and remote monitoring equipment. PXI-based test instruments are used to implement acquisition, transmission, data processing and analysis of the temperature of bus system and liquid level measurement signal, and can complete the detection and power supply for measurement equipment; USB-based Remote monitoring equipment is used to monitor the test temperature and liquid level signals in order to determine the next step. In the subject, the traditional test system has been improved, resulting in improved data transmission speed, reliability and versatility of equipment for the future to the modular, integrated in the direction of development provides the opportunity for test equipment. In this paper, the overall scheme of the system is designed on the basis of analyzing task and technical indices. Both hardware and software implementation process of the entire system are introduced in detail. The hardware platform of virtual instrument is constructed by combining PXI bus with USB bus. PXI hardware platform includes PXIS-2506 chassis with power module, PXI-3800 embedded controller, PXI-2206 analog data acquisition card, cPCI-7200 high-speed digital I/O card and Data switching card; USB communication is implemented with the Cypress CY7C68013 USB interface chip. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of software development tools, the system uses a professional development tool for virtual instrument—Labview, to complete software development. PXI platform software implements analog signal acquisition and forwarding by calling ADLINK's DAQpilot Express VI and the Polymorphic VI, and USB platform software achieves USB communication by calling a dynamic link library.
