As a new generation measure instrument, Virtual Instrument has been popularly researched and applied in the fileds of military and civil. In virtual of its well reliability and real time character, VXI(VMEbus extensions for Instrumentation)instrument has been first choice of virtual instrument in the field of military equipment auto measuring .The object of this paper is motor measure system which was developed by Shaanxi hitech electronic Ltd. for checking and accepting some mode of motor of Chinese shipping industry 712th institute, which was required to be able to parallel continuous long time collect data ,to neatly process and compute all sorts of signal, to have well electromagnetic compatibility. The main works of this paper are followed:1. Base on user requirements, engaged in system general designing and particular designing.2. Completed system realization ,system which was made up of system control module, system selftest module, data collect module , data compute and signal process module, online-help module, report generation and waveform print module, motor characteristic curve plot module , database manage module , diagnose and error process module. Depend on VXI data transfer bus and Localbus realized liupan(data continuous collect and store) more than two hours by sample rate is 200Ks/S and monitored data while sampling. Signal process comprise in digital signal filtering, FFT, frequency analysis, harmonic analysis, collate analysis and phase differ compute and so on.3. System checked and accepted. The main works were debugging programme , testing system and analyzing software reliability by use of Goal-Okumoto NHPP module.
