Virtual instrument technology is one of the most importmant embranchments of test-control technology, is an comprehensive technology which is combined with automation technology, measurement technology, micro-E technology, computer technology and communication technology, and it plays an significant role in modern society, and the high-speed development of Internet makes the network test-control platform based on Internet possible. This article based on the current transformer quality measuring requirement which is put up by the Shanghai MWB Co., Ltd, we combined virtual technology and network technology, developed the virtual instrument network test-control platform successfully, and applied this platform to the equipment measuring field. This system is proved to attain well measuring effect, bring reform to the industry automation field, and improved the electronic measuring technology and producing ability.This article firtly discuss the virtual instrument technology, including the concepts, characters, components, developing actuality and future trend, analyze particularly about the developing mind and main developing method, and learned the product developing concepts of NI, for example, LabVIEW series, then we put up our virtual instrument node developing structure. After this, we find out an new excitation characteristic measuring method and adaptive filtering algorithm, then we design and fulfil the node development of measuring platform, including hardware and software design. In hardare design, we main discuss the design of system I/O interface, including the configuration of data collecting board, and how to use this board to collect and output data, this is the most basic step in virtual instrument developing; In software design, we mainly analyze the the module structure of application, and talk about some important functions, this is the most important step in developing process.In network integration, we use the Internet as the basic foundation of our test-control network, we also use the C/S model in our design. We firstly discussed the TCP/IP protocol, then develop a self-defined protocol stack, to promise the reliability of our network, then we use the Socket technology to develop our server and client application, to fulfil the communication of different systems, so constitute the whole network platform. The client's function is to control the whole measuring process, and the server's function is to collect data, calculate and circuit control.In the end, we make an conclusion of this network test-control platform, and discuss the prospect of virtual instrument network test-control platform. |
