With the accelerating process of economic globalization,trade between countries in the world has become increasingly frequent.Under this background,the operating environment of domestic import and export companies has undergone tremendous changes and faces many unknown challenges.With a wide variety of import and export business,complicated processes,and diversified trade forms,it is difficult to control and manage each link.From the signing of contract procurement to the delivery of the goods to the customer,the customer involved in the contract signing,commodity verification,export report,customs declaration,commodity packing,commissioned freight,invoice accounting and other links,the process is more complicated,and the domestic business management The method is still in its infancy,with traditional manual management methods,large numbers of employees,frequent business contacts,and lagging information easily,resulting in inefficient operation of the company and unpleasant results.Moreover,the management costs are too high to meet the mainstream business activities in today ' s society.With the rapid development of information technology in today's world,it is imperative to develop business with the power of science and technology.In order to better respond to the ever-changing business environment and adapt to the unpredictable market demands,the awareness of domestic business enterprises in strengthening information management has been continuously strengthened.How to use the power of information technology to establish an ERP system,integrate management ideas,improve the operating efficiency of enterprises,reduce unnecessary management costs,and meet the needs of modern enterprise development are the key issues in this study.This paper first introduces the ERP development process of enterprise resource planning,and introduces the current situation and problems of domestic enterprises using ERP system.Then it discusses the effective implementation of the business process flow,and studies how to integrate modern business management ideas into the enterprise resource planning ERP system to solve the problem that the business enterprise effectively manages the execution process when responding to modern business activities.Then based on the idea of software engineering,the paper analyzes the requirements of the business management system from the aspects of feasibility analysis,network structure,functional module design,database table structure design and other aspects,and divides the system into three functional sub-modules:"permissions management" sub-module,"Freight Management" sub-module,"Statistical Query" sub-module.The rights management sub-module serves the management personnel of the enterprise,and mainly divides the functional modules that can be operated by the rights and permissions corresponding to the departments,roles,and roles of the enterprise employees.The freight management sub-module serves the commercial and trade business.It involves contract signing,product statistics,contract approval,customs export shipment,cargo packing,commissioned freight,invoice settlement and other processes,and is an important part of business activities.The statistical query sub-module serves the statistician of the company,and makes statistics on the sales volume of the buyer's purchased products and the manufacturer,so as to facilitate the further evaluation of the decision makers.Finally,this paper studies how to implement the business management system,describes the implementation process of the three functional modules,and demonstrates the final implementation of the system.This system under the current trend of economic globalization,with the help of the concept of information management,examined the current implementation of mature ERP systems,combined with the characteristics of commercial and commercial business activities to achieve.It solves the problems of lagging information and high management costs caused by the cumbersome business processes of modern commercial enterprises.The system uses the SSM architecture based on the J2EE standard to implement the business function modules of the system.The system is easy to use,has clear layers,distinct structures,complete functions,strong pertinence,good scalability,and can be added or improved in the future development of the enterprise.The function satisfies the business needs of commercial enterprises when they conduct business activities.Combined with the actual situation of the system,the future direction of development is forecasted.
