| Currently, the power companies are facing a series of profound changes, such as, electric power marketization, business process reengineering, management and control integration, and new technologies continuously emerging and rapidly applied to the power generation companies, etc. To ensure safety in production, improve the quality of management and promote energy saving, the power companies must adjust production and management models to promote innovation and development of enterprises by digital, information and intelligent means.The article starts with the Beijing gas thermoelectric power plant’s integrated information management platform project, which studies design and applications of the digital power plant top-level business architecture. First, according to the gas thermoelectric positioning and business model, the paper designs the gas thermoelectric high-order business blueprint. It clears the gas thermoelectric critical core and support management functions, and delegates partial support functions to the internal plants or the external plants which has qualified management.
