With various business units and the related administrative departments of detailed requirements as a guide, the function modules of the system should have the child module detailed division and the specific implementation, as well as the database system used for selection, and to involve the logical relationship between various data were determined and the data storage of the selected physical architecture design. The development of this system design to adopt the implementation of the technology and development environment including the use of Spring MVC design pattern, JavaServerPages (JSP) view technology, the use of Apache Tomcat server and is essentially the use of database management technology. In the development of technology, with the help of system is finished.With solid waste management information system can achieve solid waste report and register online, transfer of hazardous waste management and operation license approval, establish hazardous waste generated archive, utilization, disposal unit, the construction of the emergency environmental accidents of hazardous waste auxiliary decision system, realize the information acquisition, transmission, processing, and solid waste sharing function, improve the water environment of solid waste management in Shanxi Province and decision-making ability.
