As information technology in the financial field extensive and intensive application of the sustainable operation of information systems issues has increasingly become high-level decision-makers in the industry the focus of attention. In this paper, in-depth analysis and study of a well-known domestic financial institutions business support system based on the continuity of management system development model as a guide, designed and implemented an effective set of information systems sustainable operating system.This paper introduces a business continuity management system development methodology, and then the infrastructure layer, layer function modules, user interface and integrated management software layer, such as four levels of sustainable operating elaborate system design and implementation. The integrated management software design and development company based primarily on Bea Weblogic application server and Tuxedo \ Q Message oriented middleware (MOM) technology to ensure the efficient instruction messaging, reliability and the entire software system high availability and high scalability.This paper introduced for the first time in the space beyond Beijing and Shanghai, "two City Three Address" Distributed infrastructure design pattern: from Shanghai Pudong production center 60 km outside the telecommunications IDC and the deployment of a data-backup centers, and then as a relay, in the 1,200 km away from Beijing, to the letter income industrial base, and the deployment of application-level backup center.
