Research On Modern Logistics Management Based On Electronic Information

Logistics management is the inevitable trend of enterprise management development.Research shows that improving logistics management,optimizing logistics system can further reduce cost,is the " third profit growth point" of enterprises,using modern logistics management system is an effective way to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise market.Therefore,the research and optimization design of modern logistics management system is becoming more and more important.Based on the basic theory of modern logistics,this paper discusses some problems of logistics system and e-supply chain management mode under e-commerce.(1)this paper discusses the theory of modern logistics and the function in the modern enterprise management,points out the problems existing in the traditional logistics management and operation mode,and puts forward the necessity of establishing the modern logistics system adapting to the market economy system.(2)the modern logistics management based on supply chain theory is studied,and the logistics management mode under the environment of supply chain management is put forward.(3)this paper discusses the optimization of modern logistics system in the e-commerce environment,expounds the close relationship between e-commerce and logistics system,analyzes the logistics characteristics in the era of e-commerce,and optimizes the logistics system under the e-commerce.(4)study the electronic supply chain management mode,clarify the role of e-commerce in supply chain management and how to improve the traditional supply chain information flow,and consider the rationalization of logistics in a larger scope,which is conducive to the rational use and allocation of logistics resources.
