With the development of the online retailers, logistics industry is more prosperous than before, and modern logistics business has the scales that traditional logistics can never match. However, most of the logistics enterprises and users still use traditional ways to trade, it is not only inefficient but caused a great waste of resources. Resource supply chain management platform is designed solve this problem. This platform has taken the advantages of traditional logistics industry, and with the help of Internet,the platform take the old business flow from offline to online, which saves the logistics enterprises and users a lot of time, and create greater business value than before. The platform consists of five core modules, resource management module, cargo management module, transaction management module, statistical analysis module, personal account module, system management module.During my internship in the company, the specific work of mine is as follows:(1) Feasibility analysis, at the beginning of the project,we analyzed the situation of current logistics markets, and we compared the project with con-generic productions, and before the project’s starting, we made a good reservation of techniques and theories.(2) Requirement analysis, we determined the core requirement of the project by consulted to business personnel, me and my colleagues digged the deep demand of the project and all of the requirements of the project have been documented.(3) Outline design, according to the results of requirement analysis, we determined the modules and sub-modules that our system contains. At the same time, we built the logic models of the system,and made a good foundation for later stages.(4) The detailed design and implementation, according to the analysis results of last stage, we built the detailed data structure of each modules, later we proceed the coding tasks and unit tests.(5) System testing and validation, according to the requirements analysis we discussed before,we proceed the the tests and validations of each functional requirements and non-functional requirements.The platform is a web platform based on B/S structure, it used spring framework and hibernate framework which are very popular these days. At the same time, we used gradle to build the project and selenium to test the project automatically. And we used Redis as cache in some modules that under a heavy burden. During the development, we used many asynchronous request to improve the user experience.Currently, the system has completed the implementation for the first edition, it is running online and put into market, at the same time applications of Android were put into application market. Later, we will spare more efforts on availability, compatibility and expansibility of system according to uses’ feedback. And we will try to build a more mature platform.
