As the international industrial transfer, in particular the transfer of manufacturing to China, foreign logistics enterprises have settled in China and in the high-end logistics services to set a high threshold, trying to control the supply chain for the manufacturing services. Also because of the logistics industry in China compared with developed countries, in the initial stage, the gap is up to 20-30 years. "Three high and one low" that GDP ratio of total logistics cost and high cost of logistics inventory too high, rigid institutional constraints, so that the high cost of logistics management; logistics significantly lower the overall level of the phenomenon, especially in the low concentration of logistics , logistics information technology, standardization is not high, resulting in the domestic logistics enterprises in competition with foreign logistics companies are also at a disadvantage.
