Linhai Power Authority Electricity Procurement Of Electronic Supply Chain Management System Design And Realization

The electric power is the fundamental energy and it is indispensable to the society and people's daily lives. It is directly related to the national economic development artery. With the rapid development of economic construction, the society demands more and more large-scale electric power project items, which leads to the growing demand for the electricity equipment procurement. The traditional purchase methods of the electric power equipment exists many irregularities on the management, which wastes a lot of resources and can't solve the supply and demand status of contemporary electric power equipments procurement. Power Enterprises urgently need to address this situation, so as to make purchase and management of electric power equipments more efficiently and faster. Therefore, the realization of the power electronic procurement supply chain management has very important significance in the electric power enterprise's development.According to Linhai Power Bureau's concrete condition and the actual construction of power projects, I use Windows 2000 Server+ Microsoft SQL SEVER 2000 e-procurement platform to design a power supply chain management system. All these are based on the tri-level BWD of B/S and C/S hybrid model.In the process of achieving this design, I have done following main work: Analyzing the relationship between the supply and demand of electric power equipments; analyzing the process of electronic invite public bidding, competitive bidding and examine and approve; Designing the BWD hybrid model of a three-tier architecture; Designing the wireless LAN VPN net work topology; Setting up a Windows Sever 2000, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database platform; Setting up a Web server, E-mail server; Designing database and table structure; Designing a Web page; Testing the whole system.
