Research On Supply Chain Management Optimization Of Electronic Generation Industry Take Company T As Example

With OEM as the bulk and ODM as the minority of electronic assembly OEM industry,in the face of fierce global competition,the pressure of international brands to use various ways to require OEM factories to reduce costs and accurately deliver goods is growing,especially fierce competition,with gross profit rate less than four percent,so how to optimize supply chain management(SCM).In order to control cost,avoid unnecessary inventory and avoid material shortage,SCM is a big issue faced by electronic industry.In this thesis,company T of electronic assembly manufacturing industry is taken as the research object.At present,company T is faced with the problem of excessive inventory in internal and external warehouses,which affects the performance of inventory turnover days.This thesis mainly studies the internal and external inventory management and material demand planning of company T,finds out the inventory management issues and improvement methods through the method of factor analysis,and changes them with the help of information system tools It is good at reducing the number of inventory turnover days,optimizing the design of material purchasing,material feeding and inventory control,improving and optimizing the MRP and parameter calculation,applying the document system process to the external warehouse management,and analyzing the specific conditions and steps to improve the optimization in detail,so as to realize the optimization of supply chain management.In the end,this thesis summarizes the effect of company T successful improvement of supply chain management,evaluates the benefits of company T's improvement,gives suggestions on the system functions of inventory management,material demand planning and external warehouse management,and takes the case company T electronic assembly manufacturing industry as an example to observe the changes of inventory turnover days before and after import.With the help of the enterprise resource system,the case company T reduces lots of labor costs,to verify the effectiveness of this supply chain system optimization.It also provides reference for other electronic assembly companies.
