Research On The Sort Resources Allocation Optimization And Layout Of The XX Enterprise Jinan Transfer Center

After rapid development of the express industry for nearly thirty years,the entire express industry has been the Red Sea that filled with fierce competition but not the Blue Sea that you can easily seize the market and expand the business,so express companies not only face a very serious market saturation,product homogeneity and other external pressure,but also face the transformation and upgrading of equipment,rough operation and other internal pressure under this new situation.However,there also will be opportunities to deal with the pressure.That has become the continuous exploration of express enterprises how to improve the operation level and profitability,and identify the development direction and build up their own barriers in the industry.The overall operation of the express network includes large network planning,the efficient operation of the transfer center and the terminal courier network layout and operation.When we research on the sorting operation in the transfer center,we found that there are some questions that the number of the express does not match the amount of the sorting personnel.So this operation causes the low personnel efficiency,complicated process and unreasonable sorting position.Besides,the layout of the conveyor belt is not conducive to vehicles and personnel access and it is easy to cause traffic jams.In view of the problems existing in the transfer center,this paper establishes a mathematical model to solve the problem.The first is the staffing aspects,we merge the sorting position where the courier is less,it can make the number of personnel reduced and improve the efficiency of the staffing.And then according to the overall sorting personnel,the amount of observation and operational difficulty,we arrange the position again and balance the labor intensity of personnel and eliminate employee sense of injustice.Finally,we reconstruct the sorting conveyor belt layout and make it more adapted to the warehouse and the vehicle access requirements.Besides the layout of conveyor belt can make the missing express returned quickly.The above measures can improve the overall transfer center operating efficiency.
