The tobacco industry which has dominant place in the national economy isfirst big tax sources of China. The major national tobacco companies allstrengthen enterprise internal construction and management, expand externalcustomer resources and optimize business processes to ensure their invincibleposition in the fierce market competition in recent years. With the increasing oftobacco enterprises, the more competitive means which improved by companiesare no longer compress production costs, but strengthen the construction oflogistics system to increase profits and improve enterprise core competitiveness.So it is important to do the research about how to use tobacco logistics operationof the enterprise itself to diagnose bottlenecks and optimize operation canimprove the enterprise overall economic benefits.According to backward technology and tedious process of traditionaltobacco enterprise logistics center, this article takes Harbin tobacco logisticscenter as the research object, and study how to optimize the operation process ofHarbin tobacco logistics center to reduce logistics operation cost and improve theefficiency of logistics operation by analyzing logistics construction anddevelopment situation of domestic and overseas tobacco enterprise. Firstly, Ianalyze the existing logistics center’s operation process of Harbin TobaccoCompany, whose operating environment was used as background, and find outthe problems existing in the process through investigation, then use Flexsimsystem simulation method to establish simulation model by reference to logisticscenter’s existing process of Harbin Tobacco Company. It can help decisionmakers to judge congestion link intuitively by analyzing the result of thesimulation model, and know the key factors which restrict the development oflogistics center of Harbin Tobacco Company. Finally, I redesign the operation process optimized by the application of RFID technology of Harbin TobaccoCompany, which combine with RFID technique optimization method andcharacteristic of tobacco logistics. To evaluate the optimization results of Harbintobacco logistics center, I use RFID technology for simulating, and find wholeoperation efficiency of logistics center has improved significantly by contrastingthe model simulation results which I obtained before, and logistics operation costhas reduce too. It is show that the effect of this kind of research method for theoptimization of tobacco logistics center process is remarkable, and it can be anew way to solve the problem about simulation and optimization of tobaccoindustry logistics center.
