With the rapid development of logistics industry, the number of the logistics park is gradually increased. The construction of logistics park which we did is much less than Japan and The USA who’s construction of logistics park is deeply developed, thus this leads to the operation and management of the logistics park exposes a lot of problems, such as many built logistics parks are idle, the most obvious and prominent problem is the logistics park can’t play its due role in a very long time, such as driving the economic development of the region.After the rapid construction of logistics park, people from every studying area has increase the research and exploration of logistics park. It is not difficult to find that most of their research and exploration is about the theoretical study on the macro level, such as the logistics park’s pre-planning and site selection. So the research of the logistics operational processes is less, and at the same time there is less research about the logistics park’s internal transportation system.his paper, from the microscopic level, is on the purpose of improving logistics park’s operational efficiency, by using Modern logistics management theory.systems theory and system simulation, discrete event system modeling method theory as this paper’s theoretical basis, takes advantage of3D simulation software Flexsim to model and research this logistics park. Firstly, model this logistics park’s system modeling by using the related theoretical knowledge, which including logistics system and internal transportation system, then establish this logistics park’s simulation model, analysis and run this simulation model, establish evaluation index which can evaluate this simulation model, collect and analysis the index’s simulation data, thus find this logistics park’s existing problems on logistics system and transportation system. Hope this paper can offer technical support for improving the capacity of management and optimize the management of the logistics park.
