Since online shopping has gradually become a trend,the original business models of many industries have suffered a huge impact,and the clothing industry is inevitable.Under normal circumstances,the garment industry not only has a high proportion of inventory,but also has a high frequency of warehousing.Therefore,the inventory cost and the efficiency of picking goods will greatly affect the operating cost of enterprises.Although the proportion of logistics cost in total social production cost is decreasing year by year,there is still a certain gap compared with developed countries.Enterprises can improve the rationality of storage layout,change the backward storage strategy,in order to achieve the goal of strengthening the management of goods storage,reduce the time of picking goods,so as to effectively reduce the cost of enterprises.Based on O clothing company warehouse in Beijing as the research object,analyze the existing warehouse layout,analyze the inventory goods and order forecast,summarizes the warehouse there exist material flow is not smooth,the existing storage area is not enough to support the growth of the order in the next few years,after a preliminary analysis of this article,the need to change the original warehouse layout and add enough large shelves,Design reasonable warehouse layout and optimize the location of goods.First,using SLP method for unit and function unit is stored inside the warehouse of the layout,secondly,to the warehouse the goods EIQ and ABC analysis,determine the storage strategy of all kinds of storage area,storage area can be divided into picking area and artificial picking area,forklift forklift picking area established aimed at small forklift picking work do model is optimized,Genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.In the manual picking area,the association degree of each category is analyzed by association rules,and then a dual-objective optimization model is established to optimize the cargo position by comprehensively considering the minimum total distance between the outbound personnel and the total distance between related goods.Finally,Flexsim software is used for simulation to verify the feasibility of the optimization scheme.This paper first changed the original warehouse layout,making the material flow in and out more smoothly,by adding a large shelf forklift picking area,improve the storage capacity of the warehouse,and greatly improve the efficiency of the whole box of goods out of the warehouse.The subsequent location optimization enabled the company to store goods at designated locations,which not only saved the cost of goods out of the warehouse,but also took into account the operation habits of personnel.
