As an artificial picking Center for multi variety and small batch order processing,the warehouse center has the mixed features of storage,packaging,order picking and reviewing packing.It has the flexible and soft characteristics on operations.Nowadays,the research on the optimal scheduling of job assignments in manual picking warehousing still needs improvement.It is necessary to take further study on the orders and individual productivity that affect the efficiency of warehouse operations.This thesis applies simulation method to optimize the order forecasting model and utilizes a reasonable order job assignment strategy to improve the productivity of operators.It has theoretical and practical significance for improving the operation efficiency of warehousing centers and helps reduce the operating cost of enterprises.Main research content of this article is as follows:(1)A warehouse center simulation model has been established to analyze the bottleneck problems in the model.Taking an e-commerce enterprise warehousing center as the research object,the C++ and Flexsim scripting language design program is used to build a warehousing center simulation model to solve the problems of unbalanced individual and job assignments in the operation of warehousing center.Then,it needs to determine the bottleneck problem that affects the efficiency of the job through the analysis of the movement state of the pickers in the different walking path and different picking operation mode in different shelf area,which is beneficial to optimize the picking efficiency and avoid the waste of warehousing operation caused by unloading staff.(2)Sensitivity analysis on job assignments to optimize individual productivity in warehousing centers.For the problem of assignment of order task assignment in the same shelf area,it is feasible to further optimized about the task allocation strategy under the straight walk,the maximum interval walking and S walking route through the change of the effective walking of pickers in the study model.For the task assignment problem of mixed shelf area picking,thispaper proposes a sensitivity analysis model based on the Monte Carlo method that uses the picker's full load walking and picking as variables,and uses the method to solve the model.It shows that shortening the walking distance can optimize the resource allocation by multiple sensitivity simulation analysis,the results also prove that the method is simple to operate.(3)Forecast warehouse capacity requirements to optimize staffing.The thesis establishes respectively extreme index model and the segmented probability model of the seasonal index to forecast capacity requirements according to the uncertainties of the future order promotion events.Then Monte Carlo method is used to carry out the probabilistic simulation and optimize seasonal variables of the model,the results show that optimized method owns the advantages of high precision and strong robustness.Finally,on the basis of the prediction of order quantity and the productivity of the optimized workers,it is established the risk decision simulation model of production and marketing equilibrium to analyze the simulation using Crystal Ball software which is due to optimize the ind vidual assignment.The research will provide scheme decision information for the warehousing center.
