The ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer is a measuring instrument which used to judge whether the solution contain impurities or measure the concentration of certain substances in the solution,with the principle that the absorbance of light varies with the wavelength of light when light passes through the measured material solution.The whole system of most spectrometers is composed of core hardware and its control system,user interaction system,data storage and sharing system and PC host computer system.In this paper,a subsystem of ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer,the ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer system based on Android,is studied,and a software system is developed to carry the Android operating system,which is responsible for interacting with users and realizing the functions of data storage,sharing,printing and so on.This paper starts with the overall design of the system,analyzes the hardware structure and functional requirements of the whole system,and puts forward the software architecture.Then,it describes the implementation of the five major functional modules,such as data communication,data visualization,data storage,data sharing and system and kernel customization,and analyses the implementation of the technology points and algorithms.Finally,the results of this paper are summarized.And from the four aspects of system performance,software architecture,log management and audit tracking,the future development trend of spectrophotometer system is prospected.The research and development of the whole software system covers all the process of application and development,from requirements analysis,prototype design to software development,function testing and performance testing,and completed a number of work including products,research and development,and testing.Comparing with the traditional UV-Vis spectrophotometer based on MCU control chip,LCD display and hardware button,the innovation of this paper is upgrading the hardware structure and user interaction mode of the spectrophotometer system.The MCU main chip is replaced by ARM processor,and the user interaction module of the traditional spectrophotometer is replaced by the embedded touch-screen device based on Android system,supporting serial port and Bluetooth communication with main control system.At the same time,it extends the functions of data storage,WiFi/Bluetooth sharing,wireless printing,and cloud printing.It also specially customize the Android system kernel and file system,making the spectrophotometer system based on the Android and independent of the Android.
