Android systems represent the largest share of the smart mobile phone and PDAmarket, with the largest group of users, the Android system application software basedon market full of vigour, there are large number functions of different applicationsoftware greatly enriched the Android system user experience, of which, Androidmobile phone resources PC client management software used to help users manage andcontrol their phone on PC, there are many businessmen launched the related productsnow.To be different form the traditional mobile phone PC client management softwaredesign method, this paper presents a Android mobile phone Web browser through themanagement mode in the PC end of the scheme.First of all, this thesis analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the mobilephone assistant to the mainstream of the Android intelligent mobile phone, according tothe characteristics of the present, user access scheme in Android mobile phone on theWeb server to access or control mobile phone resources through the browser, in order toimprove the efficiency of the system, through the Java virtual machine and JNI calldirectly running C/C++Web server in Linux.Then, the embedded Web server on the solution to the above mentioned in Linuxand Android of mobile phone resource acquisition method is researched and designed indetail in this thesis, and the system was developed using the related technology, finallyrealizes the Android hand machine resource management system based on Web server.
