Fluorescence spectrophotometer has become the best analysis instrument for tinypolymer compound measurement and biological material detection in the fields ofbiochemical, medicine, health, environmental protection and the others because of itsextremely high analytical sencitivity and excellent selectivity. In China, study on fluorescencespectrophotometer was later than developed country. In China, the products at different rankcan be produced. However, most of the instruments are controlled by MCU system and thiscase limited the service performance of instrument.In the thesis the development status of fluorescence spectrophotometer measuring andcontrolling system in the domestic and abroad is analyzed. According to the embeddedtechnology, an overall design scheme is proposed which adopts LM3S8962as processor coreand RL-RTX embedded operation system as software core.This thesis first gives the detaile hardware design according to the overall design schemeof the florescence spectrophotometer measuring and controlling system. The hardware systemincludes the system power supply module, signal modulate of photomultiplier modules, theanalog to digital conversion module, the core processing module, the control node module ofstepping motor based on C8051F500and CAN bus and human-machine interface modulebased on UART. The innovation points of this design could be summarized as follows:1.Ethernet is used as the communication interface between up and down machine.2. CAN busis used as the communication interface between the central controller and nodes.3. Serialtouch terminal is used as the human-computer interaction interface.Second, the system software is designed on the basis of the transplantation of RL-RTX toLM3S8962, the detail introduction of software architecture which is designed based onRL-RTX core and middleware is proposed, and the software of control node, serial touchterminal interface and the application software are designed in detail.Finally, each unit module of fluorescence spectrophotometer measuring and controllingsystem are debugged. The debugging results showed that the initial hardware and softwaredesign can meet the dsign target.
