With the rapid development of Internet technology and the continuous expansion of broadcast channels,the rapid development of Internet video platforms represented by Mango TV,and the emergence of a series of new media-style programs such as online video,especially with strong interactivity and diverse topics Variety shows have emerged to further promote the development of distinctive and differentiated online video.A detailed and in-depth analysis of the features,production and distribution methods,and dissemination effects of self-produced variety shows of Mango TV,a video site platform,explores the uniqueness of programs,analyzes the bottlenecks of program development,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies for communication to provide peer researchers with Reference.This article believes that Mango TV relies on Hunan Satellite TV,holding the IP of the ace program,and has its own uniqueness in program content and program form.The content of the program was created to create differentiated “explosive models”and “special funds” variety shows;it innovated the existing program formats,created a live-style variety show,subverted the previous monolinear production,and focused on creating an immersive user experience.At the same time,Mango TV,as the only new media agency in Hunan Broadcasting Corporation to develop online video services,is different from other video websites in the way of production and distribution of programs.It has undergone a phase change and has experienced a transition from imitative learning to the introduction of integration to “intelligence”.The "three stages" system broke the traditional one-way,non-differentiated program transmission method,making it possess Internet genes.However,as a broadcasting and TV video website,the development of Mango TV is limited by the "radio gene",and the traditional way of thinking of broadcasting and TV has,to a certain extent,restricted the production of mango TV programs.The current Mango TV has the limitations of being constrained by the system,relatively thin program resources,lack of audience experience,and inadequate program industry chain.According to the research results of this research,the paper finally proposes the corresponding optimization strategies for communication: First,the production of accurate content,taking a differentiated and characteristic route;second,creating user-centered thinking,relying on data to maintain the audience's stickiness.Theprogram is close to the needs of the audience and depends on science and technology to enhance the audience experience.The third is multi-dimensional expansion of communication methods,multi-sector linkage operations,broadening channels,and enhancing interaction.This will promote the sound development of mango TV platforms and programs.
