From 2007 to 2017,It has gone through a decade of the online video platform that from weak to prosperous.The network homemade variety show changed from a broadcast site to output site during this ten years,in which Iqiyi occupy a place in top3 of Chinese online video platform within 4 years.Its own-made variety show become a veritable network of "dark horse" with innovative production methods and strong market feedback,which occupy half of the country's network homemade variety market.This paper focuses on Iqiyi homemade variety show to present the development of the network homemade variety market through combing whole data about online homemade variety show.Clear the market environment of the time of Iqiyi enter the industry,then we could deduce strategic direction of the layout through the analysis of characteristics of Iqiyi network program by comprehensive arrangement of Iqiyi's program sample.Iqiyi's popular must have its internal and external factors,mainly refer to four aspects which including the market,the audience,self interests and development.With the grip of self-advantage,Iqiyi realize the reverse output of program copyright.Study finds a strong advantage of Iqiyi is the use of big data,this paper focuses on the analysis of the presentation of large data,and then draws that Iqiyi formulate a circular interlocking communication strategy based on big data around the brand,media,positioning,advertising and new media.Its ultimate goal is not only to create“differentiated content matrix”but also improve the development trend of Iqiyi homemade variety show.
