Beijing rural management information construction began in 2000 on a pilot demonstration in 2005, the Beijing Municipal Rural Work Committee, the Beijing Municipal Rural Work Committee, Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Information Office, the Municipal Finance Bureau jointly issued a document (Beijing Agriculture [2005] No.19), and comprehensively promote the construction of rural information management in the city suburbs. "Beijing rural management information system" is responsible for software development, system maintenance and data subject is administered by the station in Beijing, after 10 years of information technology, Beijing administered system management for rural information technology has been very mature, but the present the principle of advancing with the times, Beijing stood still administered by the city in 2016, the rural management information system upgrade. Currently, the new system has in its model, and is running several pilot counties. The main users of the system is administered within the municipal system,14 counties,196 towns and in rural areas administered by the department of information technology staff 3986 village collective economic organizations, the system supports all levels of the business department in charge of the rural economy and rural communities integrated management, to provide vertical and horizontal data sharing at all levels of village affairs management, statistical analysis, decision support. Papers by users at all levels of questionnaires and interviews to assess the user satisfaction of the system, according to user satisfaction affect its proposed reasons for the meta-analysis to identify the main factors; obtained through the analysis of the main factors user satisfaction and inadequate analysis of the system, which made further optimize the Beijing rural management information system response. By studying the Beijing Rural Management Information System for all levels of user satisfaction problem, the system administered by Beijing to improve staff satisfaction on all levels to provide a reference. The main contents of this paper are the following three aspects:First of all, the related progress of rural information management and information system of satisfaction. At present, there are a lot of researches, satisfaction of rural management informatization and informatization system but the two together are rare, especially the related research for rural management informatization is less and less. Therefore, according to the current situation of rural informatization and informatization management satisfaction system at present, a clear understanding of the current research achievements and shortcomings, establish the research direction of this paper.Second, the satisfaction of the structural equation model to establish the rural management information system in Beijing city. According to the comparison with other methods, determine the structure equation in the study satisfaction of Beijing rural management information system in the advantage. Then the literature study and theoretical analysis, determine the research variables of rural management information system in Beijing City, the construction of structural equation model in the early.Third, the fitting and correction on the initial model, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Will Beijing management information system for rural questionnaire sample data are input into SPSS for data analysis, and then using Amos fit, modification and evaluation of the model, finally, according to the results of Beijing rural management information system user satisfaction improvement put forward reasonable proposals.
