Research On ERP Project Risk Anagement Of H Group

With the adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structure in China,the concept of agricultural industrialization development model has been proposed,and a number of agricultural industrialization enterprises with leading enterprises as the driving force have been formed,and the ministry of agriculture has established a national modern agricultural demonstration park.In the 21st century,China is an era of technological informationization,and the country has been a country of the ministry of agriculture informatization leadership group,guiding the development of the modern,Internet,intelligent agriculture system.The construction of the ERP management information system has been a part of the process of the standardization of the industrial enterprise of the agricultural industry,which is the part of the process of managing the management of the intelligent Internet,and the ERP as an investment,a long,high-risk project,and the risk management of the construction is the basis for the success of the project.In this paper,according to the construction of agricultural industrialization enterprise H group implement ERP project as the research object,to risk management as the research direction of the project,by using the theory of project risk management knowledge combined with the particularity and complexity,the agricultural enterprise risk of ERP project implementation process,according to the first of the project risk identification and risk evaluation to identify and finally corresponding countermeasures of logic thinking in order to develop essay writing.The article is divided into five chapters,the first part elaborates the current situation of the risk research of ERP project at home and abroad,and clarifies the thinking of the research content in this paper.The second part introduces the theory knowledge of ERP management thought and project risk management,and expounds the methods and tools of project risk management.The third part,the paper introduces the background,H group informatization ERP project,and the H group informationization present situation and the ERP project were analyzed,and the risk checklist method with brainstorming method for project risk identification,this paper mentioned common project planning stage of organizational change and service provider selection risk,project construction phase of the progress,human resources,cost,technology risk,and the use of project after the launch,operational risk,and risk matrix analysis method for project risk assessment;In the fourth part,the countermeasures to mitigate and prevent each risk are given.The fifth part summarizes the research conclusions and gives the shortcomings of this paper.I hope to provide some references for the construction of ERP project in agricultural enterprises.
