Since 2013,Hunan Satellite TV has entered a minority village every year in the Spring Festival,showing the folkloric cultural activities and stories of production and life in the local,which innovatively created the live broadcast of"walking on the grass root in Spring Festival".Because of the comprehensive and extensive report,poor villages gradually gained popularity,which promoted the development of local tourism economy.The program has been broadcast for six years,and has been praised by the audience and the industry,gained both ratings and reputations.This news broadcast program,which combines news poverty alleviation,cultural heritage and tourism poverty alleviation,has many innovative characteristics.In the background of news poverty alleviation,the paper uses communication theory to analyse Hunan satellite TV's "walking on the grass root in Spring Festival" program form different kinds of part such as construction and program contents,and uses textual analysis and case study method to concretely analyze some representative programs.Also,the papar uses questionnaire method to acquire some data of communication effects,looking for propagation rule,hoping to provide some strategies for the same type program both theoretically and practically.Hunan satellite TV's "walking on the grass root in Spring Festival”program conducted a survey of live place and made a meticulous planning before live broadcast,filmed the promotional film for the program preheating,and laid a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the live broadcast.The program is mainly based on clear and straight line narration,combined with plate narration to increase program level.It takes the live part as the main body and presents rich folk culture activities,also takes the recording part as auxiliary and the theme is the storytelling of the grass-roots life.In the lens expression of these contents,the program group used top shooting equipment such as rocker arm,steadicam,unmanned aerial vehicle and so on.They uses multiple camera stands to show every activity in a comprehensive and detailed manner.For the program's communication strategy,the program was propaganized by all media platform such as Internet,newspaper,client,microblog.Also,they strengthen cooperation with the media home and abroad,using new technology to enhance the program's influence.The program helped the local's economic development and cultural inheritance.However,there are still some room for development,such as discover different kinds of folk culture,enhance the interaction on the social media,choose the host style which is more suit the program localization,and establish brand awareness to promote sustainable development.
