Spring festival, namely chinese new year, has a history of4000years. It is the mostimportant traditional holiday in china.In the past, chinese people always got reunion andcelebrated the new year in this day.Because of globalization and cultural interation,countries gradually emphazise cultural communication, and local culture globalization isbecoming a reflect of soft power. The purpose of this paper is to research spring festivalcommucation, by analyzing the current situation on international communication, applyingcross-cutural communication theory, cultural soft power theory, and creative industrychain theory, and using "three powers", which are creativity, recognition, andcommunication. In the meantime, the paper conveyed a questionaire for foreigners toensure the feasibility of the design.
