The development of Internet technology continues to affect the public opinion environment in the Internet and has a tendency of complication.When traditional catering companies and emerging Internet catering companies face a complex public opinion environment,it is inevitable that they neglect the others,value the corporate marketing and the expansion of enterprises but ignore the internal source of lyricism,resulting in the instant burst of public opinion crisis and the loss of corporate profits.The study uses case analysis method,comparative analysis method,and literature analysis method to classify 11 cases into types of business,combining the latest research results of crisis management and online public opinion,and referring to the management of enterprises,the spread of corporate image,etc.Starting from the process,analyzing the aspects of food procurement,food processing,and catering services.Through comparison and analysis,the crisis of lyophilization in catering enterprises is characterized by multi-crisis,dispersal of sources,and differences in subjects.These public sentimental crises will bring economic and visual damage to catering companies.By horizontally comparing the impact of catering company public opinion crisis on the corporate image,this study sets the preconditions for the company to attach importance to public opinion treatment and management and control strategies,and then analyzes the handling of emergency public opinion cases in the 11 cases.When catering companies choose the time of crisis handling,response channels,and response voice,they will have different impacts on the effect of public opinion treatment.Time lags easily and squeezing public opinion processing time;if the responding channel is not diversified,relevant information will be transmitted.Insufficient,there is residual damage to corporate image;When using different treatment strategies,whether there is a third-party or multi-party platform to jointly deal with,will also affect the catering company's public trust.This study believes that current catering companies have outstanding performances such as inadequate response and insufficient linkage when they choose to deal with public opinions.There is no perfect solution to the lyrical crisis.Only finding the lyrical source of catering companies is the fundamental prevention measure.To correct the lack of public opinion processing,companies need to change their thinking,including routine management and investigation into the scope of public opinion management,and find the source of sensation in order to realize the long-term development of catering enterprises.
