Today,with the rapid development of the Internet,the information dissemination environment of the society is undergoing fundamental changes.New media centered on the individual has moved from the edge to the mainstream,and ordinary netizens have successfully transformed from passive recipients of information to active participants.This new model of high participation and interaction has brought about various industries.Great change.Therefore,the crisis public relations response of the catering industry is particularly important at this moment.Excellent corporate crisis public relations can not only help enterprises to survive the crisis,but also help them to reinvent the good brand image.This paper uses content analysis method to explore the law of network public opinion communication caused by crisis public relations behavior of catering enterprises.It specifically reflects the trend of corporate crisis public relations by studying the trend of some media and public opinion and emotional attitudes.Further explore the differences and relationships among various factors in the public relations behavior of catering enterprises to improve the public relations ability of catering enterprises.Specifically,this article takes the crisis public relations processing system of the leading enterprise of the catering industry.News reports and social media information of different types of crisis events are used as sample data,and the content of the data is analyzed,and the overall trend of public opinion on the effect of public relations behavior in Haidilao is obtained.This reflects the public relations effect of the Haidilao crisis.Finally,through the analysis of the crisis management system of “Haidian Fishing”,it provides guidance to the catering enterprises of the corresponding fault crisis public relations strategy.
