This paper mainly discussed the development trend, feature and problems of internet environment as well as the influence it played on crisis PR of enterprises. On the basis of that, the paper figured out strategies and methods of dealing with the enterprises crisis in internet environment, and finally discussed the early warning problems of it. The paper analysed the challenge of communication management of enterprise crisis which brought by internet environment and the position and role of new media communication, mainly represented by internet, in enterprises crisis communication. And according to this, it raised the strategies to confront enterprises crisis, such as, building up and improving early warning system which may prevent internet media from becoming causes of crisis PR in the period of crisis incubation; manipulating the functions of media in order to react quickly and cripple the destructiveness of crisis during the period of outbreak; improving and integrating internet and other traditional media which may realize their coordination and interaction during the crisis solving period; strengthening the power of opinion leader who can lead public opinion and cultivating enterprises leaders under internet circumstances during the crisis deffusion period; implementing emtion guidance, the perceptual strategies of crisis manegement of internet media, during recovery period.The characteristics of internet communication, such as interactive communication, timeliness communication, receivers' autonomy and information accuracy, play a diversified role in solving the enterprises crisis. Internet communication can either be direct cause of enterprise PR crisis or speeding up it. What's more, it's one of the most reliable communication channels and direct managed object of communication and management of enterprises crisis.Through analysing development, influence, control and management of enterprises crisis in internet environment, raised relative conclusion and policy suggestions which may supply security protection for sustainable development of enterprises. Meanwhile, it also provided a good opportunity to narrow the managerial theories gap between developed countries and ours, and enrich crisis management theories. Getting deal with enterprises crisis under internet circumstances, we should start from crisis early warning. Enterprises need to take advantage of internet environment to realize crisis early warning and information communication and ingeniously use internet environment to lead public opinion which may enhance public interactivity so that solve crisis and rebuilt good enterprise's feature.
