A Study On The Strategies Of Public Opinion In Crisis In Senior High School

In the period of social transformation in China, significant changes are being taken place in social structure. In recent years, students’ crisis affairs occur frequently, it not only affects students’ physical and mental healthy growth, but also affects the normal education teaching order of schools. High school students as an inseparably organic part of society are important talent resources in the national development. Therefore, they need to be given great concern and protection. As a whole social environment, high schools have innumerable link with the external social environment, so they are not the absolutely closed safe harbor. Because schools face the internal and external environment in the pluralistic society, they often become incidental areas of crisis affairs.Public opinion means orientation and the social attitudes of majority people towards the object of social management, enterprises, individuals and other kinds of organizations and their political, social and moral aspects about the occurrence, development and change of the social issues under some kind of social circumstances. With networking, electronic, digital and information into a symbol of the arrival of the new revolution of science and technology, the era of globalization relying on the network has brought the social public opinion of the new situation, and contributed to the spread of public opinion.Public opinion reflects popular will, it may promote development and create a harmonious in scientific countermeasures, otherwise it may create conflict and cause unrest. When campus crisis happened and sparked a public outcry, the schools take responsibilities of caring about students physical and psychological conditions, resolving conflicts, guiding students to healthy growth, and maintaining campus security and stability of public opinion. Therefore, the research of strengthening the ability of copying with public opinion relating the school crisis has become one of the important research direction of public management.At present, the research of focusing on the ability of public opinion guidance with the ordinary high school crisis, mainly concentrates on the aspects of early warning, supervision, detection and treatment, as the research is in the insufficient quantity, and the depth remains to excavate. In this study, on the basis of predecessors’ research, aiming at the lack of ordinary high school crisis response mechanism, I try to comprehensively and systematically explore the ordinary high schools in dealing with the students crisis events about building the role position and strategy. In addition, in order to ensure the healthy growth of high school students and the harmonious development of the school, I put forward the establishment of early warning, dredge and guarantee as the relatively complete system of crisis management of public opinion. Based on two investigated aspects, it supplements, deepens the existing views, and deepens the breadth and depth of theory research, as the same time, effectively joins the theoretical construction and practical, brings the new practical meaning for the existing theory.
