People always say that the coming era of convergence media is an opportunity,yet a challenge.After Web2.0,the focus of Internet is transferring to socialized media.The group of same opinions or views can quickly form and the behaviors of the public are unconsciously and secretly influenced.In the past,the one-lateral spread of information from media brings a long-term consolidation of information.But now,anyone who has access to Internet can be the spreader of information and things can be spread widely.The spread-to-receive mode,indeed,change the essence of the way of spreading information of old authorism.Revolution and development are the advocation and abandonment of old things.However,as the essence and core of spreading news,the function of guiding public voice would not change with the advancement of technology.In the era which public voice can be heard everywhere,a “ timpani ” is needed,especially when the current opinion field is changing.In such a background,the mainstream media of television and the interaction of new media are promoted.Thus,innovation of the format of programs and procedures setting becomes a must.From 2014,the beginning year of convergence media,mainstream medias have tried many amalgamations to improve the power of guidance at the stage of news collecting and editing,program producing,promoting,and others.The technology of Internet brings an opportunity to strengthen power of leading the public voice.The producers of news can combine words,voices,and videos together based on their own preferences.Also,they can use the function of “ Shaking ”(a function of WeChat)and other new applications to reach the new and deep amalgamation.Traditional mainstream medias are developing from a static way of exhibition to cooperation,interaction,and contents sharing.When in comparison with the innovation of the contents and forms of the programs,the integration of new sources and the procedures can better show the attitudes to and biases on guiding the public opinions.The key of judging whether a successful amalgamation is achieved is to see whether the mainstream medias canmanage to set the procedures and control the variables in the program to reach the purpose of continuously leading public voice.China ' s Public Opinion Field is the first national convergence-media news commentary program,launched on March.20 th 2016 on CCTV Chinese International Channel.This program was produced with the background of convergence media,at the time point which the national position of China was gradually growing up and the global situation was changing.This program was given the great expectation to gather the consensus and deliver China's voice.CCTV applied many minds of Internet and interaction to the program.Setting the procedures as the essence,CCTV has tried their best and put many efforts to remarkably improve the selection of contents,the transformation of the format,expansion of the channel,and delivery of the program.This article will use the example of the innovation of increasing power of leading public voice in China's Public Opinion Field to conclude the innovation and new rules of mainstream television medias in the era of convergence media.This would be a reference and support for the practical work of convergence media.
