Research On Influencing Factors Of Service Quality Of Archives Website From The Perspective Of User Perception

Driven by the wave of information technology and the continuous development of e-government,the demand of user's information is increasing day by day,showing the characteristics of networking and technology.The traditional ground archives service can not satisfy the user's diversified information demand and expectation,and the medium of carrying and disseminating archives resource has been changing.From the inscription to the bamboo slips to the bamboo slips,from the paper to the network,users get the resources gently from the time and region to the desk[1].Under the driving force of technology and demand,archives website information service came into being at the historic moment,and online service were gradually taken seriously.In the process of interaction,file service is closely related to the user experience,and the user's perception of the quality of the service is derived from the experience process from accepting service experience.Therefore,the criterion of the service quality of the archives website can not be separated from the user perception.Archives website as archival institutions to provide information service for the user link bridge,should adhere to the user as the core,with the concept of service for the purpose,strive to provide users with a wider variety of file information,better quality of service,maximizing the value of archives.Through the reading of the literature,the research on archives service in China is mostly,but the exploration of the influence factors of the service quality of archival website is almost zero.In this paper,guided by the theory of service quality,as user perception theory in points,from the angle of users browsing files sense of service,the website file allocation of resources,page design and service experience,all-round multi-angle build archives website service quality influence factor model,analyze the mechanism of influencing factors,and put forward the optimum path of service quality and optimizing countermeasures,to perfect the system of the archives service,improve customer satisfaction.In this paper,the structure is divided into six chapters,mainly including introduction,research status and the theoretical basis,the factors influencing the service quality research,mechanism of influencing factors,influence factors and the relationship and interaction mechanism analysis,the optimum path of servicequality and optimization strategies,research conclusion.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter elaborates the background,significance,research ideas and methods of the research,and explains the research innovation points.The second chapter is the research status and theoretical basis.The author through literature reading,using Gephi visualization analysis of related literature,the overseas research hot spot,based on the user's perception theory and the theory of service quality,to provide theoretical basis for the study of this article.The third chapter is the research on the influencing factors of service quality of archives website.This chapter first describes service quality factors affecting prediction research questionnaire results,opening problems on modification and improvement of subsequent new questionnaire distribution and recovery,and by using exploratory factor analysis on the influencing factor model hypothesis amended and inspection,finally get reasonable archives website service quality influencing factors model.The fourth chapter is the effect mechanism of the service quality of archive website.This chapter is based on the influence factor model constructed in chapter 3,and discusses the mechanism of influencing factors.The fifth chapter is the research of service quality optimization of archives website.Based on the results of chapter 3 and chapter 4,this chapter proposes targeted and feasible optimization paths and optimization strategies,so as to provide direction for improving the service quality of archives website.The sixth chapter is summary and prospect.This paper summarizes the factors influencing the quality of service quality of archives website and the mechanism of influencing factors,and explain the shortcomings of this research,and point out the future research direction.
