Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Quality Of Networked Sci-tech Journals Based On Readers' Perception

Sci-tech Journal is the main carrier of scientific and technological knowledge,reflect the important tool of the academic level of national science and technology.Sci-tech Journal will first published innovative new discoveries,new ideas,new methods,new laws research.As the important carrier of scientific research,its status is increasingly highlighted.Since the News Publishing Industry “Thirteen Five” plan,networked sci-tech journals accelerated development.Networked sci-tech journals become the new channels for scholars published research results,but the academic quality of networked sci-tech journals is still not approved.In recent years,China has been implementing the boutique sci-tech journals project,aims to enhance the quality of sci-tech journals,strengthen the academic influence of sci-tech journals and professional radiation,the project involved in the evaluation of the quality of sci-tech journals.Some scholars have constantly study the quality evaluation system of sci-tech journals from different angles,but still have different opinions on the composition of the evaluation indexes.In this paper,the quality of networked sci-tech journals as a breakthrough factor in the study,research for the publishing industry and related industries to provide new ideas and basis,in the optimization and evaluation of the quality of networked sci-tech journals,has theoretical significance and practical value.The quality of networked sci-tech journals influence factors is still not enough attention among academics,and the lack of factors related to the quality of sci-tech journals and influence the direction of the empirical test.This article is based on the perspective of the perceived quality of readers.In research to the influential factors of quality of networked sci-tech journals,from the perspective of readers perceive quality,through expert depth interview factors affecting quality of networked sci-tech journals to filter,combined with the characteristics of networked sci-tech journals,introduction of represent the academic quality'impact factor,fund paper ratio,innovative,authoritative,network cited frequency,on behalf of the publication quality' error rate of editing,editorial specifications,journal format,layout design,typesetting norms,on behalf of the represent network transmission' search index,web page above,clicks,downloads and link popularity,and on behalf of the website' interface design,retrieve performance,stability,security and other influencing factors,namely from the academic quality,publishing quality,network transmission,website performance four dimensions to build the model of influencing factors of quality perception of networked sci-tech journals.This paper puts forward the hypothesis of the influence of various factors on the quality of readers' perceived networked sci-tech journals,collecting data by using themethod of questionnaire,with students and teachers in colleges and universities,scientific research personnel,network publishing personnel as investigation object,the study of the proposed hypothesis test and analyze the results.Use the empirical research method explores the influence of academic quality,publishing quality,network transmission and website performance on the readers perceived quality of networked sci-tech journals and the strength of the influence of various factors in network environment.The results of regression analysis show that academic quality,publishing quality,network transmission and website performance have positive influence on the perceived quality of networked sci-tech journals,among which the influence of network transmission is the strongest.
