An Empirical Research On The Factors Affecting The Archives Website Users' Continuing Use Intention

Comprehensive archives portal as a file agency to provide services platform for the majority of users,with its efficient,convenient,easy to obtain and other characteristics gradually beyond the traditional way of access to information,as the most convenient way for users access to the necessary resources.At the same time,under the influence of big data and Internet Plus ideology,the archives website,which is an important part of all levels archives' institution in China,is carrying on more diversified social functions.At present,the portal site of all levels comprehensive archives has been built and continue to develop,but the site construction level is still mixed,the site utilization rate is also a big difference,and more declining trend,with the large-scale Chinese Internet users and increasingly frequent web browsing is in stark contrast.How to optimize the archives website,improve the user's intention of continue use the website,to retain the existing users,to stimulate potential users,is a comprehensive archives at all levels need to be resolved.This study uses the empirical method to discuss the factors that affect the users' intention of continuous use of archive website,so as to provide a more scientific reference for further enhancing and optimizing the service level of archives website in China.Through the literature review,the paper chooses the information quality,the system quality,the personalized service,the social telepresence,the performance expectancy,the effort expectancy,the social influence,satisfaction,persistence intention nine variables,build the model of factors affecting the archives website users' continuing use intention model and put forward the hypothesis.The results of the statistical analysis of the data show that:performance expectancy,social influence,personalized service,customer satisfaction positive impact archives website users continue to use intention;the performance expectancy,the effort expectancy,and the personalized service positively affect the user satisfaction of the archives website;the information quality positively affect the performance expectancy;the system quality positively affect the effort expectancy;the social telepathy positively affect the social influence.
