Empirical Study Of Influencing Factors On The Continued Usage Behavior Of Emergency Websites

In the information age,the number of Internet users continues to increase.The emergency website provides users with emergency integrated professional services through the Internet,enabling emergency information to be disseminated in a timely and rapid manner,guiding people to cope with hazards and protecting people's lives and property security.In order to better play the role of the emergency website and improve the user's stickiness of the emergency website,it is an urgent problem to explore the influencing factors of the continuous use behavior of users of the emergency website.This paper mainly uses qualitative and quantitative research methods.Firstly,it introduces the concept connotation and extension of emergency website,and analyzes the research status and related theoretical basis of emergency website and user continuous use.Secondly,taking the emergency website users as the research object,using the rooted theory method to encode and analyze the acquired original data,extract the influencing factors of the continuous use behavior of the emergency website users,and further verify the rationality of the influencing factors by the expert scoring method,and finally construct the emergency website.Users continue to use the behavioral influencing factor hypothesis model,use SmartPLS 2.0 M3 software for empirical research,and propose relevant suggestions to promote users' continuous use of emergency websites.According to the research results of rooting theory,it is found that the factors affecting the continuous use behavior of emergency website include five factors,such as user perception factors,environmental factors,system factors,expected results and ability factors.Through the empirical results of structural equation modeling,it is concluded that there is no significant correlation between perceived usefulness of emergency website users and satisfaction and willingness to continue to use,and that personal cognition and users ' willingness to use continuously directly affect the user's continuous use behavior.Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of emergency website,including : Optimize the construction of emergency website,improve the quality of emergency website,promote emergency website,expand visibility,popularize emergency knowledge,enrich the form of knowledge and publicity related to emergency.
