Donggangshi Isolated Hill Town Of The Personnel Salary Management System Design And Implementation

This paper analyzed the personnel and payroll management system functions and processes of Gushan town government in Donggang city to achieve modern management system. Combined with the practical work of the personnel and payroll management system, we design and develop the personnel and payroll management system of Gushan town government in Donggang city. The system can do the work of personal payroll management with computerization and standardization, which can make a solid foundation for the informatization of the city’s human resources management.We use B/S mode as the structure of the system with J2 EE, and develop Gushan personnel and payroll management system with JSP and SQL Server2000 database. The Web server is Tomcat. It has the following functions: employee information input, employee information query, payroll management, assessment of incentive management, job management, social security management, attendance assessment and other functions. Government staffs can log into the system via the Web, input and modify the user information, complete the user attendance management, payroll user management, user management, and other various functions. Ordinary users can log into the system via the Web, check their wages, attendance, etc.. they can also browse the work of the town government, various notification, government documents and other information.According to the actual situation of the town government personnel management, we firstly carried out a detailed analysis of its processes work, and on this basis, the system was developed. Gushan town government’s human resources management system has been tested and modified. The system is stable. It does not appear in the course of data errors, some small mistakes and deficiencies has been modified.The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1) Analysising and designing Gushan town government personnel and payroll management system system;(2) Developing the Gushan town government personnel and payroll management system;(3) Testing the software system;This software system can reduce the workload of the management staff, but can greatly improve efficiency and provide effective help to the future development of the payroll management.
