Design And Implementation Of Tax Service Satisfaction Survey System

Tax revenue is the main source of China's fiscal revenue,and tax should come from people and be used for people.Since the reform and opening,Chinese government's function has changed gradually.At the same time,tax law and tax management system is increasingly perfect,and the tax work faces an urgent demand to transform from the"management" to "service-oriented".Therefore,the taxation service occupies a decisive position.Thus,how to judge the taxation service quality,and then the taxpayer satisfaction survey to indicate the improving direction of the taxation service is particularly important.In order to master the tax administration system's service and work situation completely and truly,every year the National Tax Bureau issues paper version of the "taxpayer satisfaction questionnaire" to taxpayers,which results in a serious waste of manpower,material and financial resources.Therefore,we need to design a tax service satisfaction survey system to solve the disadvantages of paper-based questionnaire,and also can make the tax service satisfaction survey is more convenient and efficient and accurate.In this paper,the research work mainly involves JavaEE development platform,MVC pattern,Spring and Ajax technology.The client application selected is B/S structure mode,and this paper uses the SQL Server 2008 database Server system for the development and design.In the process of system implementation,this paper combines theory and practice.When facing any problems,this paper designs model first,and then applies the model to the specific implementation.This paper has realized four big functions of template editing,questionnaires inquiry,data reporting,and decision analysis.The template editing includes importing template,creating template,editing template,deleting template and generating the questionnaire;questionnaires questionnaire inquiry comprises questionnaire inquiry,selecting questionnaire template,managing questionnaire,and releasing questionnaire;data reporting consists of three reporting methodologies,that is telephone reporting,reporting online and downloading questionnaire,reporting in paper form.Decision analysis is the core of the whole system function module,and is composed of questionnaire inquiry,inquiring questionnaire filled in,analyzing data,downloading data,date inquiry,modification opinions and result feedbacks.This system has completed the development.The system test shows it is in good running,making tax service survey process convenient,efficient,the results of the survey more objective and accurate,and the results showed more intuitive.This system has achieved the stated goal of design,satisfying the demand of the tax service satisfaction survey,and has a certain practicality and social value.Not only greatly improve the efficiency of the tax service satisfaction survey work,but also save a lot of manpower material resources,standardize and optimize the tax service satisfaction survey of business process.
