The Design And Implement Of JavaEE-Based Online Tax Service System

Tax is the the main form of national public finance income, is an important means to regulate the economy and income distribution. With the rapid economic and social development, the number of taxpayers is rapid increase, tax affairs is also increase. Limited by the number of front-line staff and the traditional tax collection and management model, the tax service level and work efficiency is low, it is not conducive to the construction of harmonious relationship between taxation department and taxpayers.In recent years, with the rapid popularization of Internet, through the network to deal with tax affairs become represent the general trend. The rise of online tax service provides a more rapid, efficient channel for the taxpayer. The online tax service cracked the large pressure problem of tax service hall, and also greatly improves the management efficiency of tax authorities. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the tax business management, we build a complete online tax hall, fully considering the needs analysis and Internet safety case for system deployment. We use JavaEE framework and B/S model to design and achieve. The research work of this paper mainly has following several aspects:1、By analysising the background and significance to deal with tax matters online, the development process of domestic and foreign online tax system, and the status of tax informationization development, We study the feasibility of online tax service hall.2 、 According to the actual needs of the taxpayers and tax authorities, and the characteristics of the Internet business, we analysis the existing tax matters handling process and select suitable matters handled on the Internet. In this paper, we analyse tax declaration, tax payment and other core modules, draw the business flow charts, describe detailed operation process. In order to meet the needs of diversified tax, online tax service hall provides safe and reliable financial operation, such as quick tax payment, bespeak tax payment, multiple accounts tax payment.3、To plan for the deployment of overall system architecture and construction of online tax service hall. According to the business needs we perform functional modeling, and complete the design and implementation of data modeling and typical module. The system exchange data between systems through the interface.4、We use automated testing tools to test online service hall with availability, stability, scalability. Through the test, the function and performance of the system reaches the predetermined target.Through the research of this subject, we achieved most tax matters dealt with on the Internet. The system has been pilot run, it has obvious effect on entities shunting of the tax service hall, greatly ease the tax pressure, optimize the tax service.
