Wenshan Prefecture To The Inland Revenue Tax Service Information Systems Analysis And Design

Along with the rapid development of information technology and the progress of the times, the tax administration has entered the information age from the era of manual operation in a short period of time. Currently, the economic globalization, knowledge-based economy, cyber economy and the e-business are spreading swiftly. To improve the quality and efficiency of tax collection and management, an overall change is needed for the traditional manual collection and management methods. Modern informationized ways must be implemented as well as the promotion of innovative tax collection and management concepts, systems and mechanisms, and promotion of tax administration to serve the people through technical innovation.To enhance the taxation service quality and efficiency in Local Tax Bureau of Wenshan Prefecture and establish an information interactive platform for tax authorities and taxpayers, Through the software engineering principles and methods, the Local Tax Bureau of Wenshan Prefecture Taxation Service Integrated Information System is analyzed in this paper and the design represented provides an integrated information system with the functions of taxation service, credit management, tax consultancy, social collaboration, audit case processing, protection of rights etc. In system needs analysis, the paper represents the system work flow chart and the case diagrams after the analysis of business roles and needs of business and functions. In system design, the paper classified the system function module, designed the IO and treatment process of each functional module, and provided the conceptual concept design and logical design of database. Finally the paper demonstrates the application of the system with a typical module and expresses the brief outlook on the development of taxation service integrated management system.
