The Investigation And Development Of A Taxation Declaring System Based On B/S Framework

With the development of computer technology, network technology and e-business technology, Internet has become the most popular communication media, declaring taxation through Internet remotely has become a new declaring method. Web taxation declaring system provides a faster and more effective service to taxpayers to declare taxation report. This system can meet the need of information technology constructing, and will improve the service level of taxation departments with high efficiency. At the same time, taxpayers will have the high efficiency on taxation declaring affairs. Taxpayers are required to have a Web based taxation declaring tool too.In this paper, we studied and constructed a taxation declaring system based on Struts + EJB framework. The design followed the J2EE criterion and MCV design model. Here we have the description of the procedure on how to design and how to carry out a taxation declaring system based on the Struts + EJB framework. This system has the advantage of platform independency, low cost, easiness to develop, cut out and transplant. We resolved some bottleneck on popularizing web based taxation declaring system. The system fits into the needs of the information construction of taxation management.Besides the web based taxation declaring, our system also provides some other utilities such as searching the taxation related laws. We use electro-signature and encrypt mechanism to make the user authentication and make the data declared through web with validity. We also has the mechanism of tax flow, so that taxpayers could utilize the highly effective service to pay the tax through Internet.At the end of this paper, we have a summary on the finished system including the advantages and the analysis on the points which need more improvement in thefuture.
