Research And Design Of Guang Xi Local Taxation's Performance Management System

In 70s and 80s twentieth Century,under the advocacy of the new public management theory,governments launched a government reform movement.This reform movement has put forward new requirements for the administrative performance of the government.How to improve the administrative performance of the public government has become the focus of attention of all governments.Guangxi local taxation bureau is the direct organ of the autonomous regional people's Government in charge of the local taxation work in the whole region.In the context of building a"public service" government,the Guangxi local taxation bureau has actively implemented the decision and deployment of the central and autonomous regions,stares at the goal of the modernization of the land tax,and endeavours to build a service type tax department.In order to improve the quality of the overall work of the tax revenue,improve the level of tax law enforcement and better serve the social economy,the study of the performance management system in the design of the land tax department has become an important issue in Guangxi's local taxation in recent years.In this paper,based on the actual performance management of the Guangxi local taxation bureau,the old version of the performance management system is too single,the functional modules are not complete,and the performance management requirements of the whole Guangxi local taxation system can not be adapted to the requirements of the performance management work.The performance management is analyzed in detail and the performance management is analyzed in detail.The functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system,and the detailed research and design of the system's business function,system data structure,system error handling and system maintenance,and the realization of the main function code of the system are expounded,and the deployment and implementation of the system are deeply analyzed.At the end of the system implementation,the system and detailed description of the details of the overall situation of the performance system in the research and development process are described in detail,and a detailed description of the Class level is made on the representative modules of the system.Thus,the reliability and feasibility of this set of implementation methods are verified by facts.Finally,the system is tested.The performance management system of the Guangxi local tax bureau performance management system V2.1 has achieved the performance management task of Guangxi province steadily.More accurate and real-time data transmission is provided to provide data support for performance management analysis,summary and statistical work.We use the object-oriented programming language JavaEE to implement the system based on B/S mode architecture.The background is deployed in the Servlet application server.The Java SpringMvc framework is used to support SQA architecture,which can share and transmit data with other application systems.The storage of data on the Provincial Bureau,the client using IE browser,the system becomes easier to upgrade.At last,the system of Guangxi performance management system V2.1 versio n solves some problems existing in the performance management of Guangxi Lo cal Taxation Bureau of the work,performance management informatization has b een further improved,to lay the foundation for future job performance.
