The ever-increasing economic level has brought about tremendous changes in all aspects,in particular,accelerating the pace of development of mobile Internet technologies.On the other hand,improvements in the technology of hardware manufacturing have also promoted the performance of mobile terminal devices and provided more possibilities for the upgrades of the software products.Correspondingly,people's lifestyles have also undergone tremendous changes.In the field of mobile information services in university libraries,more and more attention is paid to promoting the application of new technologies.New media and new ways boost the change of information service mode of university libraries.From the view of service mode,the traditional time-to-pavilion service are changing to the all-weather remote service,users can enjoy the library's corresponding service at any time and any space;From the service content point of view,the single message transmission are changing to the full range of traditional networking services and characteristic mobile services.As a user of mobile information service in university library,majority of teachers and students have always been the focus of attention in university library because of their awareness,acceptance and satisfaction of mobile information service provided by the library.The research on customer satisfaction of mobile information service in university library will provide a reference for the evaluation of the work efficiency of the library and the improvement of the work,as well as help users understand the library and make more use of the mobile information service of the library.This paper mainly investigates the customer satisfaction of mobile information service carried out by Anhui Provincial University Library from five parts.The article analyzes 119 questionnaires of university libraries and four typical colleges and universities focus on these two ways.I hope there is a more comprehensive analysis of the issue.The first part of the article is the introduction.From the background of the research,this paper explores the significance of this study,and then starts with the research status at home and abroad,systematically combs the development context of the customer satisfaction of mobile information service in the library.Then,elaborate the contents and methods of this paper,finally point out the innovation of this article.The second part of the article mainly focuses on the actual investigation of 119 universities and colleges libraries in Anhui Province.From the 5 aspects of service awareness,satisfaction with service forms,satisfaction with service contents,satisfaction with service timeliness and satisfaction with service interaction effects,systematically refined the results obtained.The third part of the article begins with four representative libraries of University Library of China University of Science and Technology,Anhui University Library,Hefei Teachers College Library and Hefei Institute of Vocational Technology Library.I have thoroughly analyzed the problems of their mobile information service and user feedback through observation and interview.The fourth part of the article mainly refines and summarizes the problems reflected in the investigation process and the survey results,starting from five major aspects,focusing on the analysis of the major problems in all aspects.At the same time,it analyzes the causes of the refining problems.The fifth part of the article is aimed at the problems found in the investigation and research,as well as the reasons for the problems,and put forward targeted optimization measures in order to improve the level of mobile information services of university libraries in Anhui Province and improve their user satisfaction.In addition,it also pointed out the shortcomings of this article,as well as the direction of future improvements.
