Design And Implemention Of The Local Taxation Bureau Office Automation System

With the continuous advancement in the nation's e-government constructions,the office automation system has seen further promotion and development in government agencies and has begun to spread and to be applied among government agencies at all levels.The management model of government agencies is also transitioning from traditional mode to modern mode.Currently,the development status of the office automation system in Local Taxation Bureau is still blank,and the processing of daily office data is mainly operated by office software.Such work model is not strong in practicability and operability,and it is inefficient,which seriously restricts the daily work quality and standardized development of Local Taxation Bureau.Therefore,it is an urgent task to design a convenient and efficient office automation system for Local Taxation Bureau.This project aims at the current situation and requirements of the development of office information technology of Local Taxation Bureau,actively learns from the development experience of domestic and foreign office automation system,fully investigates the office demand of all departments based on the object-oriented design idea to obtain the business requirements,functional requirements,framework requirements and non-functional requirements of the office automation system of Local Taxation Bureau,and it showed the business requirements of the three types of system users with UML(Unified Modeling Language)Workflow Diagram and Use Case Diagram.And then,overall architecture of the OAS(Office Automation System)and structures of its seven functional modules were designed using three-tier JAVA EE architecture design pattern on the basis of previous steps.Structural diagrams of all functional modules were presented to display the functional structure of the system visually.Design of tables in the database was described through database entity E-R diagram and logical structure table.And finally,seven functional modules of the OAS of Local Tax Bureau,including Tax Bureau Information management,Achievements attendance management,planning,audit management,personnel management,communication management and asset management,were implemented and put into operation by harnessing JAVA,JavaEE and SQL Server 2005 technologies.Tests proved that OAS of Local Tax Bureau is able to run smoothly and can meet daily workrequirements,facilitating the work efficiency improvement and leap-frog development of Local Tax Bureau.
