The Construction of enterprise human resources management system have a directly impact on the core competence of an enterprise. Especially as the increasing and further frequency of mechanism reform adjustment and industry enterprise combination for quantities of large and medium enterprises in our country. It is urgent to establish a informatization human resources management system which is meet to the requirements for the management model of modernized enterprise human resources.This thesis design a management system of enterprise human resources which bases on the survey and research on the domestic market and combines with mutual approaches and models of software. The system divide into several modules,such as the department basic information management, employees’ basic information management, salary management, employee recruitment and training management, employee attendance management. It makes a detailed description of the aims of system design and the needs of function through the analysis of business description, original business process and business process optimization. According to the detailed business analysis and the consideration of the needs for HR Management Department, it makes detailed analysis of function. It mainly includes the role analysis, system sample analysis, system function packet analysis, etc., and figure out the detailed data analysis and the design of data base diagrams. This thesis ends up with the summary and prospect of the system. It sums up some scant points and prospect the follow-up optimization and upgrade. It makes the system have high scalability and maintainability in general.The enterprise human resources management system which designed in this thesis need to combine the ASP. NET and SQL SERVER2005 data base in order to guarantee the security,reliability and effectiveness of it. After studying the human management system, it will obviously improve the working efficiency and management process of company and reduce the working burden of human resources department.
