With the refinement of divisions in the logistic areas as well as popularization of the frozen goods in our country,cold chain which requires transportation with low temperature has arisen.It is essential for control the quality of cold chain to management of the temperature.The vehicle terminal system is one of the most important parts in the Logistics management system.In order to achieve the quality control of the goods in cold chain logistics,I have introduced the Internet of Things Technology to the design of the cold chain Vehicle Terminal.The article bringed forward the designing project of supervising the transportation vehicle of the frozen goods based on the technology of GPS/RFID/3G.The main work of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the paper discussed some important technology including GPS orientation,RFID the system involved,3G wireless transferring,and introduced the development,application,and the theory of them,which settled the foundation for the following chapters.Secondly,in allusion to the requirement of the supervising the cold chain vehicle,the paper bringed forward the designing project of supervising the transportation vehicle of the frozen goods based on the technology of GPS/RFID/3G,which tailed the vehicle with the GPS orientation,collected frozen goods temperature information with RFID technology,and transferred the vehicle orientation information and frozen goods temperature information with 3G wireless transferring mode,and aslo provides the designing idea and function of the system.For the design of the hardware platform,according to each functional module to select the appropriate chip design hardware circuits,The main module circuit has been designed in the use of Protel DXP circuit design tool,for instance,the microprocessor of OMAP3530,G591 module,3G wireless transferring module interface and power supply.Producing the circuit boards and solering the electronic components,we have fulfilled the development of the vehicle terminal hardware platform.For application development,the main program and each subroutine of the vehicle terminal has been designed in modularization thinking.Finally,the paper conducted a test of the vehicle terminal and summarized the complete work.The system features and thesis work are summarized,the system problems and the improvement program are also proposed.As well as proposing some suggestion on further develop and system optimization.
