At present,with the improvement of people's living standards and the upgrading of residents' consumption structure,consumers' demand for high-quality food is also increasing day by day.Consumers not only pay attention to the taste,nutrition and freshness of food,but also pay more attention to the diversity and safety of diet.In the new situation,diversified market demand for food cold chain logistics industry put forward new and higher requirements.However,due to the relatively backward development of cold chain logistics industry in China,cold chain circulation rate and refrigerated transportation rate are relatively low,so it is difficult to realize the whole cold chain in cold chain logistics distribution.According to statistics,the corruption of fruit and vegetable products in China in 2018 due to improper mode of transportation The damage amount is as high as 100 billion yuan,which not only brings huge economic losses to cold chain logistics enterprises,but also brings serious hidden dangers to consumers' food safety.Taking the dairy products as an example,this paper studies the cold chain logistics based on the Internet of Things technology.This paper discusses the basic characteristics of cold chain goods,the structure of dairy cold chain logistics,analyzes the problems existing in the dairy cold chain logistics,and puts forward a solution to the problem.On the one hand,based on the demand of each node at the upstream and downstream of the dairy cold chain logistics,the paper aims at the "chain-break",temperature control and time control problems existing in the dairy cold chain logistics,Information tracing system of dairy cold chain logistics based on network layer and application layer The system is analyzed and designed,and the whole process information tracing system of the dairy cold chain logistics integrating tracing,monitoring,early warning,inquiry and information sharing is constructed.The system can solve the problem of monitoring the temperature and humidity in the dairy cold chain logistics and effectively prevent the "chain-break" phenomenon in the dairy cold chain logistics.On the other hand,the paper aims at the problem of the high transportation cost of the dairy cold chain logistics,and solves the problem of vehicle routing in the distribution based on the Internet-of-Things sensing technology,and designs the system model of the cold chain logistics distribution vehicle integrating the intelligent and visual supervision.The paper introduces the concept of time window in cold chain logistics distribution stage,and analyzes the basis of logistics transportation cost The optimization model of cold chain logistics distribution composed of one dairy distribution center and many supermarkets is established,and the optimal distribution path scheme is optimized by using genetic algorithm in computational mathematics,so as to improve the efficiency of dairy cold chain logistics distribution and solve the problem of excessive transportation cost of dairy products.It is hoped that this research can provide a decision basis for the practical application of Internet of things technology in dairy cold chain logistics management.In order to effectively reduce the cost of cold chain logistics transportation,improve the efficiency of distribution,maximum protection of the freshness and safety of dairy products to provide a reference scheme.
