With the development of social economy,the proportion of working hours in the whole day has become more and more heavy in recent years,and the time spent on making three meals is getting less and less,but the quality and freshness of food are increasing year by year,and there are more recent ones.The B2C(Business to customer)comprehensive shopping website developed in the year has been accepted and loved by people.This series of changes has prompted the rapid increase in the demand for cold chain logistics,but it is not perfect due to the imperfect cold chain logistics system.The cold chain transport and incomplete cold chain logistics system technology bring a lot of low-temperature foods to a large amount of food waste due to spoilage,even food safety accidents that endanger people's lives,causing most of this.The factor is that the low-temperature food does not have real-time monitoring and warning of the environment in which the food is located during transportation,and misses the best opportunity for "rescue,rescue".The characteristics of this paper are from the four-layer architecture of the Internet of Things.From the sensing layer,network layer,processing layer and application layer,the four modules design the cold chain food transportation early warning system.The system mainly uses RFID,WSN,GPRS,GPS technology and other Internet of Things technologies,as well as embedded development technology to implement hardware modules to achieve data collection;The wireless communication module is designed mainly by using Zigbee wireless communication protocol and TCP/IP protocol and GPRS protocol,which realizes the storage and transmission of data;Using Matlab simulation tool to analyze the feasibility of BP neural network algorithm as temperature prediction algorithm,coupled with database technology,real-time monitoring and early warning of temperature;Using Web technology,and the software module of B/S structure of JAVA language SSM architecture,real-time monitoring and early warning of low-temperature food during transportation and the use of Baidu Map to realize transportation vehicle positioning function,and providing users with a visual viewing interface And the visual operation interface,the combination of theory and practice,adds more practical significance to the design.The test results,the system obtains the temperature in the environment where the food is located during the cold chain transportation and the latitude and longitude at that time,and uses BP neural network algorithm and historical temperature data to predict the temperature at the next moment,and then compare the countries in the database.In the food standard,the temperature threshold of the food is compared.If the comparison is within the safe range,the temperature threshold is exceeded,and the temperature is abnormal,and the warning is timely and“rescue”.
