With the vigorous development of fresh e-commerce,the emergence of distinctive catering and retail models,the continuous expansion of large supermarket chains,and they pay more attention to the timeliness and radiation radius of logistics.It challenges the capital strength,management system and service standard of logistics enterprises.For a cold chain logistics enterprise,whether it can have powerful modern information management system and national high standard cold chain service,has become a new standard to judge the competitiveness of the cold chain logistics enterprise.On February 5,2020,Xinhua authorized the release of the Central Document No.1,which pointed out that the construction of cold chain logistics facilities for the storage and preservation of agricultural products should be started.Some agricultural products producing areas are short of relevant facilities,such as lack of pre-cooling facilities,cold storage and cold chain commodity processing centers.In order to solve the problem of insufficient supporting facilities in the first kilometer,we should arrange the investment in the central budget,make up the shortcomings,further improve the quality and upgrade,support the construction of a number of backbone cold chain logistics bases and the power consumption of the fresh-keeping storage facilities constructed in the rural areas shall be used electricity for agricultural production.At the same time,it is proposed to build agricultural and rural big data center relying on existing resources,and accelerate the application of modern information technology in the field of agriculture.We will accelerate the development of the Internet of things and fifth-generation mobile communication networks,and increase the proportion of modern information technologies such as big data,smart meteorology,artificial intelligence and blockchain in the application of agriculture.With the consumption upgrading and the release of policy dividend,enterprises need to put more financial and material resources on the construction of the first kilometer.How to save the cost of the urban distribution and how to respond to the construction of cold chain logistics facilities in agricultural production areas has become one of the problems to be solved.Under this background,this paper puts forward the problem of low carbon distribution of cold chain logistics in the environment of Internet of things.Firstly,the related concepts of Internet of things,low carbon logistics and cold chain logistics are systematically elaborated.On the one hand,the Internet of things can make objects have "intelligence",so that people and things can exchange information and have a comprehensive perception.The application of the Internet of things in the cold chain of fresh agricultural products can strengthen the quality and food safety supervision of fresh agricultural products in the whole process,and further establish and improve the traceability system.On the other hand,compared with ordinary logistics,cold chain logistics needs low temperature refrigeration to ensure the quality of fresh agricultural products,so the carbon emission of refrigerated vehicles in the distribution process is also very considerable,considering the low-carbon logistics distribution is the embodiment of the concept of low-carbon environmental protection.At the same time,the related algorithm to solve the vehicle path optimization problem is described,which provides theoretical support for the establishment of the model and algorithm selection below.Then,after analyzing the traditional cold chain logistics distribution mode,a new distribution mode with the Internet of things is proposed.Based on this,an optimization model of low carbon distribution path of cold chain logistics under the Internet of things is established.In the same way,the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of bionic optimization algorithms are compared in the selection of solving algorithm.The hybrid algorithm(Ant-Genetic Algorithm,AGA)generated by the combination of Ant Colony Algorithm(ACA)and Genetic Algorithm(GA)is used as the algorithm of solving the model in this paper.Finally,an example is given for simulation analysis.In order to demonstrate the superiority of the hybrid algorithm,a simple example is compared with the operation results of ACA,GA and AGA by using MATLAB,and it is concluded that the hybrid algorithm is superior to ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm in effectiveness and stability.Then,simulation results are obtained through example simulation.The results are as follows: the highest proportion of cold-chain logistics distribution cost of refrigeration,considering the cost of carbon emissions,rather than increase the total cost,it had obvious effect on reducing carbon emissions,while ensuring customer satisfaction at the same time,also reduce carbon emissions,has the certain reference value to the enterprise,also provides the reasonable relevant departments to formulate a carbon tax.
