In recent years,with the development of China's economy and society,people's consumption concepts are also constantly changing.Consumers' demand for traditional agricultural products and cold and fresh foods is increasing year by year,so people have higher and higher quality requirements for fresh and live products.Due to the late development of cold chain technology in my country,the immature technology,and the imperfect cold chain system,the annual loss of fresh agricultural products in the transportation process is relatively large.Therefore,real-time temperature monitoring and management of the temperature in the cold chain logistics process is very important.so the real-time temperature monitoring and management of cold chain logistics is very important.At present,most of the cold chain temperature monitoring products in the market are developed for refrigerated vehicles.In most small and medium sized enterprises,the cold chain transportation method is relatively primitive in China.Fresh and frozen foods are refrigerated boxes or foam boxes by adding refrigerant into the way,and most of them do not have real-time monitoring of temperature.Often cause food safety problems and logistics service complaints,has been unable to meet the social development,so for the cold chain logistics temperature real-time monitoring problem is good.The design of high performance,low power consumption,low cost,safe and reliable cold chain logistics temperature monitoring terminal has a strong practical significance and broad market space.Recently,with the rapid development of Internet of things and information technology,it provides a favorable means for effective temperature monitoring and digital management of cold chain logistics transportation.Aiming at the actual needs of cold chain logistics transportation management and temperature monitoring,this paper designs and develops a set of low-power cold chain logistics transportation real-time monitoring terminal embedded in the vehicle incubator by using embedded technology,sensor technology and wireless transmission technology.The specific work is as follows:(1)This paper first introduces the development status and related technologies of cold chain logistics monitoring at home and abroad,including Internet of things technology and narrowband Internet of things technology.Based on these technologies,a real-time monitoring terminal is designed.(2)Through the investigation on the demand scale of the cold chain market,this paper expounds the huge scale of the cold chain market,and takes the actual problems existing in the cold chain logistics transportation enterprises as the introduction,and explains in detail the necessity of the cold chain temperature monitoring terminal in the process of cold chain transportation.Combined with the current cold chain logistics transportation pain point,detailed demand analysis,write the demand description as the overall design basis of the terminal.(3)Based on the analysis of the design requirements of the cold chain transportation management and remote monitoring terminal,the overall architecture of the terminal is designed.According to the actual functional requirements,the structure of embedded Io T temperature measurement hardware module is designed.In order to achieve multi-point temperature measurement,the distribution of sensors in the box is designed.Finally,a lowpower,low-cost,easy to operate real-time temperature monitoring terminal design of cold chain logistics is proposed.(4)Low power design of hardware and software.Low power consumption of hardware is mainly realized by selecting low-power devices and chips around the characteristics of the processor and the peripheral interface provided,and adopting the power supply mode of partition and time-sharing.The reasonable power supply circuit and peripheral circuit are designed.The low power consumption of software is mainly realized by making full use of the low power consumption operation mode of MCU and peripheral chip and designing reasonable program design.The low power consumption software design of the main chip is mainly carried out from the aspects of power management and sleep mode.(5)Finally,the function test and low power consumption test are carried out.The terminal has the complete software and hardware functions needed to realize the temperature monitoring terminal,which can complete the functions of temperature acquisition,temperature transmission and temperature data tracing,and can be in a lowpower state for a long time in the process of temperature monitoring.The experimental test shows that the battery life is 157 days,which greatly reduces the power consumption of the terminal.
