Since pelagic fishing has developed quickly in our country,ocean catches production quantity increased year by year.Also makes our country’s economy developing quickly and efficiently,and at the same time promotes the rising of people’s living standard.Based on the development,people’s attentions have turned to foods’ nutrition supplement and improvement.The ocean catches and its extended products are highly favored by people as highly nutritious food.However pelagic fishery is in the environment with imperfection of the information technology application level,and made the whole fishing industry chain the wisdom development arrested.The purpose of this study is to seek the advanced information technology and use it into the development of the fishing industry chain,enhanced the fishing industry chain in every link of information interaction,enhanced the level of industrial chain wisdom and at the same time improved the efficiency of management.In order to guarantee the quality of the fish content in the transport process,the various ocean transportation enterprises have took the form of cold-chain logistics.And in order to meet consumers’ requirements on the fish quality traceability,all the fish content industry chain information need to be transparent,so the quality of cold chain logistics monitoring work and the whole industry chain traceability work played important roles for the whole fishing industry chain intelligence development.The paper will take the establishing cold chain logistics system and the quality traceability system oriented the whole industry chain as the starting points to analysis advanced technology in their application.First the paper analyzed catches cold chain logistics problems,and established cold chain logistics system model.On the one hand,took the cold-chain distribution with wisdom as the research starting point,used the temperature of RFID tags in the process of cold chain transport catches for the real-time temperature data perception and transmission.At the same time,the paper used the Beidou satellite positioning system to finish the location monitoring of carrier or vehicle;On the other hand used supply and demand information to finish the demand forecasting,then analyzed cold-chain distribution optimization problem.In the process of solving optimization problem,there were two points need to be considered in the division of costs and computing: one is due to the material loss cost and power consumption caused by temperature difference cost;the other is due to the time of delivery is not within the time window of the demand requirements caused by punishment costs.So the paper added the two points in the model establishment process with the lowest cost of cold-chain distribution with the shortest service as the goal,distribution established multi-objective optimization model,and USES the genetic algorithm to solve the model.Finally used the case analysis to validate the rationality of the model,then can provide a train of thought for the ocean companies on the reasonable cold-chain distribution arrange scheme.Second analyzed the pelagic fish quality traceability problem of the whole industry chain and established traceability system model.Research on the one hand,from the angle of the whole industry chain to establish traceability framework,and designed the traceability system level under the Internet of things environment;On the other hand,analyzed the application of information technology in the quality tracing,used the QR code technology and EPC&RFID technology of the fish to finish the static and dynamic traceability information respectively and provided support for the consequent establishment of the system.Finally,the paper took the actual demand of ocean Saury comprehensive service system as an example to meet the ocean fishing managers’ and consumers’ needs,and completed the supervision of the cold chain logistics and the quality of the Saury traceability requirements.
